Our story
For Lane and Brooke Bauer, designing and opening an ice cream shop started back in the summer of 2018 when the couple discovered the best ice cream they had ever tasted on a little island off the coast of Belize. There, they began tossing around the idea of creating a place just like that — a place that exists solely to make people happy.
Their dream was realized in July of 2022, and they're eager to serve the community with the best ice cream Plano has ever tasted. Using only all-natural, plant-based flavors and colors, Local Creamery sources only the freshest and best ingredients. Come in and taste the difference!
